Official Rules: Tiny Owls Baby Home Raffle

We are grateful for your support in helping us care for little ones in need. Please read these rules to keep things fair and transparent.

  1. Eligibility
    Open to all legal residents of Cape Town, South Africa, aged 18 years or older.
    Employees, volunteers, family members of employees, and representatives of sponsors may not enter.
  2. How to Enter
    Follow the entry instructions on: https://www.tinyowls.org.za/competition.
    No purchase is necessary. Each entry must include your full name and a valid email address. Multiple entries are welcome.
  3. Raffle Period
    Opens on 15 September 2025. Closes on 29 September 2025 at 23:59 SAST.
    Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  4. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive: Heritage Braai Hamper (approximate value R2000).
    Not transferable. No cash alternative. Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty from Tiny Owls Baby Home.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    Random draw from all eligible entries on 30 September 2025.
    Winner notified by email within 48 hours and must respond within 72 hours to claim. If not, another winner may be selected.
    The decision of Tiny Owls Baby Home is final.
  6. Prize Collection
    Collected in person from Tiny Owls Baby Home.
    Valid ID required to confirm identity and Cape Town residency.
    Collection date/time arranged directly with the winner. No shipping or delivery.
  7. General Conditions
    By entering, you agree to these rules and to Tiny Owls Baby Home’s decisions, which are binding.
    We may disqualify entries that violate these rules or reflect unsportsmanlike behaviour.
    All entries become the property of Tiny Owls Baby Home.
  8. Release & Liability
    By participating, entrants release Tiny Owls Baby Home, its sponsors, and affiliates from any claims or damages related to this raffle or the prize.
    We are not responsible for late, incomplete, or lost entries.
  9. Privacy
    Personal details are used only to run this raffle and will not be sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for POPIA compliance.
